1. Cypress
2. Ventura
3. Sacramento
4. Santa Maria

What is your ranking look like ?

Any comment or info about any of these cities.

I never heard of Cypress. A ranking depends on what the criteria is and you did not say what to include in this rating.

Sacramento – government jobs, bigger city, more services, mass transit, heavy traffic
Ventura – scenery, beach, access to L.A.
Santa Maria – more hispanic pop, on the beach, near a university, smaller town
