We Made The Switch To An Excellent HMO Plan
A few years ago, we had one of those high deductible health plans, and when my daughter broke her leg and wound up in the emergency room, I thought that we were going to go bankrupt because of the medical bills. Now that my employer offers a choice of health plans, I gladly chose the HMO medical insurance because of the low deductibles and high levels of coverage. My son broke his arm a few weeks ago, and except for the initial co-pay, we had no additional costs. In tough times like these, every little bit of savings helps. I am so glad that we made the switch!
