Sleeping Problem
Sleeping during daytime is really a problem, sometimes you you cant even sleep even though you still want to. There are many factor which affects how you sleep during the day. First, our body clock. Sometimes our body clock will tell you thats is already time to wake up even though you just slept at that time. Then the noise especially if you live near a business area.
Another factor would be the heat although having an aircon will suffice this problem, also if cant turn your room into a dark room sleeping can also be a problem. If you have kids then it will surely be a problem coz the kids plays during the day.
