A New Pre-Bed Routine To Ease Panic And Anxiety

If you suffer with a panic or anxiety disorder, I’d like to ask you what you do for the final hour before you go to bed?

A lot of my research has led me to believe that this final hour before bedtime, and what you do during that time, plays a big part in how good or bad your anxiety problems are on any given day.

People who are active in this final hour, and do stimulating things like watch TV or listen to music, tend to have more anxiety than those people who slowly wind down during this final hour before bed.

The thing to take from this is that your anxiety really will benefit from a relaxing final hour before bed, so start incorpoating this into your life from tonight.
