What would be the sentence for a first time offender being arrested for crack cocaine sales in NH?
My boyfriend was arrested but it was 9 months after the sales took place!!!! He has never been in trouble big trouble before for anything. I guess in NH you can’t make a plea on felony charges.

this should help.. basically says first time offenders get MAX. 30 years and/or fine of up to 500,000.. But first time offenders rarely get the max.
But for Crack Cocaine specifically,
Heroin or its analog or crack cocaine in a quantity of one gram or more, including any adulterants or dilutants; a person may be sentenced to a maximum term of imprisonment of not more than 7 years, a fine of not more than $100,000, or both
And again usually can make a deal with the prosecutor to lessen the sentence… and only "serve" a certain percentage of that.
