Is my outstanding moving violation in Mass going to pop up when I renew my license in NH?

It was a $50 moving violation for driving over train tracks. However, it’s been a year and three months and I’ve never received anything in the mail regarding the delinquent ticket. I’m thinking it may be possible that they didn’t put it on record, but even if they did, will it pop up at the DMV in NH?

It’s a 50 / 50 proposition.

Most likely. There is a system called the "National Driver Registry" that states put violations out on. Usually when you renew your license, it runs that record. ALSO, Mass could have sent notice to NH saying that you never paid that ticket, and NH could already have your license suspended for failure to pay an our of state ticket.
