What type of pepper seed do I plant to make Hungarian paprika?

What type of pepper seed do I plant to make Hungarian paprika? …I have heard that it is made out of Red Bell Peppers… How would I dry a pepper that big? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Karl

Paprika is just dried bell peppers. Making it is just a matter of drying and grinding (minus stems and seeds).

    grocery stores sell the stuff and you don’t need to go to all that trouble for basically nothing…it will take you 1000’s of dried peppers for a small amt.
