Is it possible and legal to enter france with hungarian sen gen visa?

i would like to travel to france and i want to now if it is legal to do so
because it is easier to get hungarian than french visa.

If you want to travel to France as main destination you MUST apply for the visa at the French embassy of your country. If you apply for a Hungarian visa you must provide the itinerary, a hotel reservation, a statement of a booked reservation. Now if you get a visa of Hungary which is a type C and it states valid for "schengeni államok" you may enter the Schengen zone at any country. You must however be prepared to be asked to provide the same documentation as for your visa application, and may be asked for your flight ticket to Hungary and could be rejected entry in France if you don’t have one. Furthermore if you should apply for another visa for any Schengen country in the future your chances to be rejected will be very high if you hold a Hungarian visa in your passport and have entry and exit stamps of France only.
Consular and immigration officer are smart and fraudulent manners are detected soon; don’t forget that passports are machine readable nowadays!
