is getting paid to be an escort for someones prom, or some other school dance illegal?

I wanted to make some extra money, and good money at that. I thought about putting an add online for being an escort for high school dances. Im i high school student myself. And ive seen plenty of people without dates, and i thought that it might be a good idea. But i also dont want to get into in legal trouble. Im not 18 yet, but i will be in a month.

There is a very gray area here. If all you do is escort it’s legal.

    There is a very gray area here. If all you do is escort it’s legal.

    Not illegal, as long as it is all on the up-and-up. If there is sex involved, you are now a prostitute, and can be arrested for same.

    Just keep your clothes on and you should be fine.
