Wedding Weight Loss Tips – What Are Carbs?

Are you eating too much of the wrong types of carbs in your diet? Most people underestimate the correct amount of carbohydrates that they should be eating on a daily basis. When you go out to a restaurant do you ever notice how large the “carbs” portion servings are? Carbs are cheap and readily available. White carbs are probably the worst for those trying to lose weight. The reason is because they spike your blood sugar quickly and then you crash. That crash leads to a general feeling of laziness. Ever enjoy a big bowl of pasta? What do you want to do right after eating a nice big bowl of pasta? Go to sleep right? If you’re trying to gain weight then carbs are the way forward, however, if you want to lose it then you should probably look to “slow release” carbs like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
