Depends on your Praxis score (I believe NJ was 160 or so ten years ago), but yes, it will transfer if you satisfy all of the requirements.

I want to have a NH tag my car, but I don’t want to get a NH licene because I work in VA and spend most of my time in VA. I have a business address to use and the car inquestion would be used for conducting business-some in NH and some in VA.

I would go with ABF. They are a you pack moving company. They drop off a trailer at your place, you have up to 3 days to load it, they drive it where your going and you get another 3 days to unload.. It is safer and they are professional. I used them for my move since it was cheaper than paying for a full service move and it worked out great.

In September, I’ll be driving out to school in Hanover, NH from Detroit. I looked at Google Maps, and I already know the fastest route, but Google doesn’t take stuff like border crossings, traffic, and scenery into account. So if you were me, how would you do it? Would you go through Canada? Or drive for an extra 1.5 hours to stay in the states? Which way is prettier, are there any other scenic shortcuts (or longcuts) I can take?

Personally ? I would take I-75S to I-90- E
To I -87 N aka the Northway
Exit at SR 7 into Troy NY on into Bennington VT
SR 7 becomes VT 9 when it crosses the NY/VT state-line
Take rt 9 to I-91@ exit 2/Brattleboro and I-91 N gets you to school

I would like to know if someone was raped when they were 18 in NH and they are now 45 and still in NH, if they could still report this rape if they still know the details and the names of the people who did this? It was a gang rape (5 men). 10 Points to the best answer, no smart ass remarks please, this is very serious and needs an answer. Thanks.

Just to be clear on this, I’m quite certain there’s no statute of limitations on *reporting* a rape. I would imagine you can report a rape a hundred years after it happened, if you wanted to.

There would be a statute of limitations on the government being able to prosecute the offenders, and the poster above me appears to have come up with that answer.

That said, it might be worth reporting it anyway, because there is no way to know if the suspect(s) in this particular case might have been involved in other rapes. The possibility that this particular rape might be able to shed some light on some other rape is slim, but it’s one I would want to know about.

I was told that in NH landlords are not allowed to charge anything additional for Pets. No additional security deposit or rent. I’ve been trying to find something official about this, but can’t find anything. Does anyone know about this and where I can get more info?

Please do not respond to this if you’re going to answer based on laws in other states. All states are different.

It seems that the law only applies to landlord who own 6 or more properties. If it a home, duplex or townhouse…the landlord can charge a pet deposit.
