I am starting an online store based in NH which collects no sales taxes. Do I have to charge a sales tax on orders shipped to neighboring states like MA which has a 5% sales tax? If yes, does that 5% get paid to MA? Can someone tell me where I might find simple, explicit info/examples on this? Thanks

No, unless you have a physical presence in the neighboring states also, you only collect sales tax in your home state, and if NH doesn’t have a sales tax, you don’t have to worry about it.

you can only pick-up packages on your local FedEx facility if they weren’t able to deliver it… besides, you should have a tracking number so, you would know when is the ETA…

And again usually can make a deal with the prosecutor to lessen the sentence… and only "serve" a certain percentage of that.

im 13. i have baby-sat before at least 10 diff. times and most of the kids have been toddlers,infants or very young children. NH.. Because it is a Neutral state. Unlike Mass. You have a state with controversial Senators. It’s a very liberal state, recognizing Gay marriage. NH. Is just low key, low crime. No one bothers NH.

But my State CT won’t, even though the carry permit I have in CT, says no where that the firearm must be concealed.

I know cops will charge breach of peace and then you have to wait endless years to get a hearing to get your permit back, and to date, no one has ever been actually charged, but they are still waiting to get a hearing.

Why is CT so uptight, but NH folks cool as the breeze?

Some states are just a bit more open minded I guess. Arizona is another great example of allowing open carry.
