How easy would it be for a Hungarian to move to the UK?

Saturday, October 17th, 2009

A 30 year old Hungarian I know has just got engaged to a 19 year old girl from Manchester after being with each other for only one week.

I think along with a few of my friends that he might be marrying her so that he can live in the UK.

But I always thought it was really easy to move to the UK if you’re an EU citizen.

How easy would it be for him to move to the UK to work and live without getting married?

I have to be a little suspicious of hs motives.

I would be very suspicious after only one week & I think the authorities would be as well, take it very carefully , It maybe wise to get free advice from the citizens advice bureau

What is a quick, easy, and authentic Hungarian dish?

Thursday, October 15th, 2009

I have to make a Hungarian dish that I can dish small portions out to 90 other people for my class. I just need something simple, inexpensive and easy!!!

One of the easiest Hungarian dishes to make is called Turos Csusza, or translated noodles with cottage cheese, and not a lot of ingredients.

Cook elbow macaroni and drain and keep in strainer. Take bacon and cut it up, very small, put it in the pan and cook. Leave the bacon and the grease ( I know not heart healthy, but great flavor, can also use cubed ham) and return the noodles to the pan. Stir them up and then add a carton of cottage cheese and a half a carton of sour cream. I usually use a box of Ronzoni, one slice of the Farmer John Cooked ham and the cottage cheese and sour cream. I’m Hungarian and my kids love it and always have. They tell their friends its macaroni and cheese Hungarian style. All their friends like it too. .

I’ve added a site that gives a recipe that also includes making the pasta….but Ronzoni works just fine, and the recipe also only includes sour cream…but in Hungary I have only had this recipe with the combo of cottage cheese and sour cream. Enjoy. Hope this helps. It is under the Turos Csusza link under side dishes.

I have a schengen allamok mult visa type C from Hungarian embassy, can I travel to other schengen countries?
I visited Hungary and got back to my country. It is mult visa, but do I have to go again first in Hungary, and then to other Shengen country from Hungary, or I can go with that visa directly form my country to Spain or Greece for example?

Yes, you can!
"Schengeni államok" stands for Schengen States which means that your visa is valid for all 25 Schengen countries which are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Edit: (based on additional details)
Yes, you may enter the Schengen zone at any Schengen country; however you should have been to Hungary as main destination and should have stayed there for the longest time of your visit based on your itinerary provided with the visa application. You do not need to enter through Hungary. If your total number of authorized days of stay has not been used up you may go directly to Greece or Spain on your multiple entry visa.

Where can I find Sheet music of Hungarian Dance No.5 for violin?

Thursday, October 1st, 2009

Hello, i am a 13 year old violinst, and i want to play hungarian dance no.5, but i want to know if there is someway i can get the sheet music for free over the internet. Please Help.

I don’t know about finding free music, but you can buy just about every piece of music from J W Pepper. Also, keep in mind that this isn’t actually a solo piece, so it’s going to be harder to find as an arrangement for violin solo. However, do a search and see what you can find! Good luck (it’s a *great* piece)
