In fact, when you add a measure of fun to your routine workout, you get more results faster. Try this activity to jump start a boring workout. First find a partner and a frisbee. Then walk into your backyard or even in the front yard and begin to throw it to one another. You’ll be amazed at how tired you become and yet how good you will fee.
